Request for images for media coverage and PR
The Edo-Tokyo Museum accepts applications for media coverage and provides images for PR purposes. If you wish to apply for this, please read the "Precautions" below and submit your application along with a proposal and other reference materials using the form below.
Please note that it may take some time for us to reply to your inquiry.
Precautions
- Please apply for images for media coverage and PR at least two weeks prior to the desired date.
- Please note that we may be unable to accommodate media requests depending on the schedule and content.
- If you wish to take photographs inside the exhibition room, please review the “Photography Guidelines for the Exhibition Room
. “ - Please refrain from using the space for purposes other than those for which you have applied.
- If you plan to arrive by car, please provide the vehicle model, license plate number, and number of vehicles by the day before your visit.
- Please delete all images taken or used for PR purposes as soon as possible after use.
- Please apply again for reruns and book revisions.
- Please apply for on-demand broadcasting separately from the main broadcasting each fiscal year.
- When publishing or broadcasting, please credit the image or video with "Courtesy of the Edo-Tokyo Museum" or "From the collection of the Edo-Tokyo Museum" or the like.
- Please send us your proofs before publication or broadcasting.
- Please kindly send one copy of the published paper (magazine) or DVD containing the recorded content to the contact address below at a later date.
For websites, please provide the URL at the time of publication.
